Chef Training

A Life long vegetarian Anou is also a certified plant based chef from the prestigious Mathew Kenny’s Plant lab. she trains chefs at the art of using exotic herbs and ancient spices to create specialized dishes for their clientele. She consults and trains chefs to source and use authentic, organic, sustainable and fair-trade ingredients.
