Meet the Chef
Chef Annapoorna (Anou for short) translates to ‘Goddess of Food’ in Sanskrit. Anou however believes in the ‘Goodness of Food’. She created the table experience in 2014 with the desire to promote consciousness around food. Food as love, medicine, bonding, creativity, connection, freedom, art and joy. She combines her skills as an Architect and Sustainability expertise her passion for hearty and healthy home cooking to create a unique dining experience. Trained in raw cuisine under world renounced Plant based Chef Mathew Kenny at Plant Lab in California.
